Yes, the VIP app makes that very easy. All functions relating to VIP ticketing can be administered both via the app and via the ticketing web portal. Assigning VIP tickets, sending an invitation, withdrawing an invitation, reassigning a canceled VIP ticket or claiming it yourself are the functions that can be found in the app, but also in the ticketing web portal. In this way, small as well as large VIP ticketing contingents can be easily managed.
All functions related to VIP ticketing can be used both via the ticketing web portal and via the VIP app.
Invitations are sent both as emails and as push notifications in the VIP app. Guests can download the VIP app free of charge from the app store of their choice and accept the invitation there and manage their ticket there, or accept the invitation by email and have the ticket sent to them as a .pdf download by email.

But the free download of the VIP app also allows guests to use the VIP app if they wish. Guests also enjoy all the benefits of the VIP app on the day of the game, such as directions, entertainment and catering information, B2B functions, game statistics and team news.
